The PEOPLES CONSTITUTION COALITION OF OHIO (PCCOH) is an
independent, unincorporated association of people who have
come together under the right to assemble and right to
petition government to devise and execute a plan for restoring
constitutional government throughout the United States of
America.
PCCOH utilizes the internet to help educate people and make
them aware of information and events relevant to its cause.
Its purpose is to operate lawfully and peaceably to effect
positive changes in government that result in the protection
of individual rights and liberties and promotes happiness and
prosperity for all American Citizens.
PCCOH is active in networking with other people and
organizations in Ohio and around the country to build a
leadership and volunteer base in support of the PCCOH agenda.

TERMS OF USE OF PCCOH WEBSITE:
Use of the PCCOH website is FREE to the general public, except
some features which are reserved solely for paying members.
Your use of the PCCOH website for personal research, study,
information or reference for non-commercial purposes is
encouraged. However, use of the website for unlawful,
destructive, violative, invasive or commercial purposes or
intent is strictly prohibited. Your use of the website implies
your consent to these terms and the use by PCCOH of any
information it collects from you, for its ordinary purposes.
PCCOH reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate its
website, at its sole discretion and without giving notice.

HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU:
PCCOH may collect information from you directly, by your
consent or participation, and use that information for its
sole purposes. Such information will include your name,
location, general contact information, ISP address and other
information relevant to PCCOH related matters. PCCOH may also
collect information about you or your computer connection to
verify missing information from its records or to protect the
security of its website.
PCCOH uses the information collected from you primarily to
maintain a link of communications. Said information will be
help by PCCOH in it database or records for its sole purposes,
and it shall not be disseminated, sold, released, or used for
any commercial purposes or to persons or entities not directly
affiliated with PCCOH for their common purpose. Said
information may also be used to generate static.

SECURITY OF PCCOH WEBSITE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Security of the PCCOH website is maintained by its webmaster
through special coding features and techniques designed to
minimize compromise and abuse. Though no system is absolutely
safe from invasion, PCCOH takes reasonable care the
information it gathers is protected. Personal information may
be distributed to various PCCOH leaders for purposes of
communications. A separate program, designed specifically for
bulk email processes, is utilized to minimize the risk of
indiscriminate disclosure of personal information. Security
for account information relating to submitted donations is
accomplished to standard PayPal protocols.

UNSUBSCRIBING, DELETION, AND REMOVAL:
You may UNSUBSCRIBE from all further email communications from
PCCOH at any time by sending an email to UNSUBSCIBE using the
CONTACT US feature on the website. We may retain your
information for other PCCOH purposes.
You may have your personal information DELETED completely from
the PCCOH online database and registration record by sending an
email to UNSUBSCRIBE using the CONTACT US feature on the
website and stating in the message window “DELETE FROM
DATABASE”.
PCCOH may REMOVE you information from its own records and
prohibit any further communications with you, at its sole
discretion.
6.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
PCCOH may offer a membership option to certain individuals,
groups, or organizations as a means for building solidarity,
gaining support, collecting donations, and providing special
services. Any member may cancel their membership, without
reimbursement, with PCCOH whenever they desire by sending an
appropriate communication by email to MEMBERSHIP using the
CONTACT US feature on the website.
PCCOH reserves the right to cancel anyone’s membership
privileges at anytime, at its sole discretion. PCCOH shall
notify said member and state the reasons for said cancellation.
Upon a showing of good cause, said cancellation may be
reinstated by PCCOH at its sole discretion. Reasons for
cancellation by PCCOH would include any violation stated in its
TERMS OF USE or other situation of similar abuse.

VIEWING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Anyone can view their personal information maintained in the
PCCOH online database by logging into the website and bringing
up their account. To bring up your account, you must enter
your correct password. You may correct your personal
information by entering the correct data in the appropriate
field and clicking the UPDATE button. A notice of your changes
will be forwarded to the PCCOH Database Manager.
PCCOH reserves the right to amend its privacy policy or terms
of use, at its sole discretion and without giving notice. To
view the current information, simply visit the website and
click on PRIVACY POLICY.

CONTACTING PCCOH REGUARDING QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY:
If you have particular questions about the collection or use
of your personal information by PCCOH, please go to the website
CONTACT US feature on the website and send your question or
concern to GENERAL INQUIRIES. PCCOH shall attempt to reply to
your inquiry within 48 hours of its receipt of your inquiry.
PCCOH collects donations and distributes various promotional
items to aid in spreading its message and supporting its cause.
These donations are considered by PCCOH to be either gifts or
contributions in the form of money, supplies or services to
offset the liability of every person to fulfill his duty to
the protection of our country and the constitutions. Said
moneys, supplies and services do not qualify as donations to a
qualified non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation for the purpose as
a tax deduction. PCCOH collects such donations as a
“common right” in fulfillment of its public duty
to God and country.
